The Speciality of Clothes

If you know me even a little bit, you would know I put effort in my appearance. I like clothes and I like looking good. Even when I am not wearing an ounce of makeup, I need my clothes to be put together. Sometimes, I go out just to wear a nice outfit. Why keep a good outfit to myself? That would be a shame! 

For a long time my mother was my stylist, even in college. But we have different taste when it comes to clothes. My mother is a fan of prints and colors and fun clothing pieces, similar to her personality. On the other hand, I love solids and minimalist clothing that mirror my calm and sometimes aloof demeanor. 

When I am wearing the right outfit, I feel invincible. To be honest, I think I am the hottest thing walking around. I walk differently! I hold my head up high! That's how good clothing can make you feel. Its true its not always about looks, but I'd be lying if I said it doesn't play a role in how we feel about our selves. 

Which leads me into mentioning a clothing brand that is bringing the hotness and invincibility that I mentioned before. The Doyenne is an apparel and fashion line that focuses on igniting the inner boss babe in every woman.

In March, the brand "for the spicy minimalist" released their plans for a women's collection pre-launch for later in 2017. The brand is going far with many instagram influencers, as well as actress Karreuche and model/ceo Tatiana Elizabeth from America's Next Top Model donning their clothes. 

I love the clothing, as it is minimalistic, with an edgy style to it. Pants with lace up strings all the way up to the waist, inspires the kind of jaw dropping effect you want to have when going out. It took me a long time to be comfortable with my sexuality, and even longer to be comfortable showcasing my body in the ways I want to. If I want to wear something sexy, no one can stop me, because that is my form of expression for the day.
